Site Rates

All sites are full hook-ups with 30 or 50 amp electric and Wifi

Daily

$50 per night (+ tax)
(Reservation requires your first night to be paid as a deposit and is non-refundable)

Weekly

$300 per week (+ tax)
(Reservation requires $100 non-refundalbe deposit. Balance due upon arrival)

Monthly (calendar month)

$650 per month, electric is metered & billed separately per month
(Reservation requires $150 non-refundable deposit. Balance due upon arrival)
June, July, August require three month minimum

Season (May 1 - Oct 31)

$3,600 electric is metered & billed separately per month
Season rate is for six months (May 1-Oct 31) and is due each year in full on November 1st for the following year.

*Rates are subject to change at any time. Please note that rental rates are based on two people per space. Additional guests (2 maximum) will be charged $10.00 per person per night. In accordance with Woodfield RV's Rule & Regulations, guest limitations apply*
